UFBS is a small company that deals with accounts outsourcing, management accounts, wages, tax and vat returns, accounting software sales, cashflow planning, business plans, accounts training & small business help. We are based just outside Reading near junction 10 on the M4 and less than 10 miles from J3 on the M3.
We specialise in offering the following services to smaller business, home workers and new business start-ups. We aim to provide help and support from day one and not after your first year of trading when it could be to late.

- Monthly management accounting, with service levels agreed to your needs, from partial to complete out sourcing packages.
- A review of your figures giving advice and support.
- Sales ledger including sales invoicing, statements and credit control if required.
- Purchase ledger including job costing if required.
- Cash book only services including VAT returns if required.
- Fixed asset register and asset marking.
- Wages accounting including wage slips P60, P14 and P35's. P11D's can also be provided if we do the outsourcing of the expense ledger
- Complete VAT returns (accruals or cash bases) and EC Sales lists.
- Company secretary work including annual returns, board meetings, appointment of directors and company name changes.
- Tax forms, self-assessment, partnership and CT600.
- Help with the migration from manual systems to computerised systems.
- Help on upgrading to a new computerised system including solving opening balance problems.
- Short term interim management to help you in times of need.
- Year-end accounts and CT600 tax return services.
- Advice and help in the preparation of Business Plans and Budgetary control and cash flow forecasting.
- Business advice and Consultancy outside of accountancy sector.
We are happy to work with you on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis.
All UFBS accounts are run using QuickBooks® or QuickBooks® Pro accounting packages. We are part of the QuickBooks®
Professional Advisor Programme and as such we can offer support and advice to existing and new QuickBooks® customers.
